PROCESS STEPS

ENERGY NEUTRAL TRANSFORMATION PROCESS

At the beginning of the process, awareness training will be provided to key personnel such as General Manager, Assistant General Managers, Production Manager, Marketing, Finance, Quality Assurance Management, Export Manager, etc. This training supports greenhouse gas emissions from all processes and activities, aligned with the company's general purpose, and includes emission reduction planning.

After the awareness training, 5 people will be selected from relevant teams to establish a "Sustainability Team". The team will coordinate the entire process and be senior-level responsible for the company's Carbon Neutral transformation.

In line with the company's general purpose, Corporate Carbon Footprint calculation will first be performed to determine real greenhouse gas emissions. This calculation will be carried out within the scope of ISO 14064-1 standard, with detailed measurement and reporting of GHG emissions from all activities. The corporate carbon footprint calculation and report will be verified.

Through the energy efficiency audit, energy consumption of systems, processes, and machinery/equipment will be measured in detail. Energy efficiency potential will be identified, and improvement recommendations for energy savings will be presented. This study complies with ISO 50002 and includes an energy performance improvement recommendations report.

Within the scope of ISO 14067 standard, product carbon footprint calculation will be performed for up to 6 selected products/services. The total carbon emissions from "Cradle to Grave" will be calculated and reported in accordance with ISO 14067.

ISO 50001 Energy Management System standard will be established and integrated into operations. The standard aims for continuous improvement of energy performance, including energy policy, objectives, management team, energy review, performance indicators, targets, and action plans.

(Usually integrated with step 6 - preparation for certification process is completed)

Within the scope of ISO 14046, water footprint calculation for a product or process, including analysis of blue, gray, and green water usage. The company's total water volume represents direct and indirect freshwater use. The corporate water footprint will be calculated and reported.

This study evaluates the environmental impacts and performance of selected products/services throughout their life cycle. LCA examines greenhouse gas emissions caused throughout the entire life cycle and reports them. The report is particularly used in sustainability analysis and reporting.

The sustainability report evaluates the company's economic, environmental, and social performance and is presented to stakeholders. It reveals which strategies are implemented and to what extent goals are achieved, while also sharing future plans. The report is prepared under three main headings: "Compliance with Environmental Standards", "Compliance with Sectoral Standards", and "Compliance with Special Standards".

Groups formed with approximately 30 participants from the first 7 stages will work in specially designed 1-day think-tank sessions. The content will be organized as follows:
• Invited Speaker Presentation
• Company Presentations
• Lunch
• Case Study Presentation (Example Case Study)
• Networking
• Coffee breaks
• Press Kit and Commemorative Photo Shooting

Within the scope of the annually held "Climate Change and Future of Cities Workshop", strategies and action plans for urban transformation are discussed.
• Industry Transformation Table
• Energy Transformation Table
• Transportation Transformation Table
• Urbanization and Buildings Transformation Table
• Agriculture Transformation Table
• Health Transformation Table
• Education and Climate Stakeholders Table

Our companies participate in these tables as natural sponsors, and our success stories serve as examples for other companies.
